When will I receive my purchase?

All of our files are delivered to you right after your purchase! After your purchase you will receive an email with links to your downloads. Simply go to the links provided and download your files.

How do I install my files?

Once you have saved your files to your harddrive you will need to unzip the file using WinZip. If you do not already have WinZip you can get it HERE. Once you have unzipped the file you will need to extract the contents to a folder on your computer. Take note of where you extract these files too. All of our tubes come with two file formats of each image.  We have provided the images as both PNG files and PSPTUBE files. The PSPTUBE file formats are optimized for compatibilty with most versions of PSP.

Some versions of PSP allow you to simply install the PSPTUBE file in your Picture Tubes folder.

This folder is usually found here C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My PSP Files\Picture Tubes

Other versions of PSP do not allow you to install this way.  If this is the case simply open the PNG file in PSP - then go to File - Export - Picture Tube.  Ignore the options on the screen that pops up. Simply name the tube and choose OK.  We recommend you give the file the SAME NAME as the PNG file you have open. This assures you will remember from which source you purchased this tube.

All of our tubes file names begin with FS (for FantasyScraps.com) followed by a number which indicates which license that item carries (for example 1) and follow up with the artists initials (for example Brigid Ashwood would be FS1-BA - Jane Starr Weils would be FS1-JSW)

How do I get my license number?

When you download your files you will find that we have included a txt file called readme.txt - this document provides you with your unique license number. Should you need any assistance with your license number please contact us via our contact form.

 I haven't received my email with my download links yet!

Generally you will receive your email within just a few minutes after purchase. In rare cases due to a variety of issues it can take longer - please wait at least 2 hours before contacting us regarding a missing download email. Before you contact us please check your junk mail folder of your email application. Also be sure you provided us with the correct email. Rest assured we will make sure you get your tubes!

I don't have Paint Shop Pro - can I still use these downloads?

YES! You can! We provide two formats with all our downloads - one PSP Tube file and one PNG file. PNG files can be used with just about every graphics program out there. So whether you use Photoshop or GIMP or something else you can certainly still enjoy our downloads - just use the PNG file!
