Since our website features a variety of products we have a variety of licenses for those products. We try to keep it as simple as possible. Please contact us with any questions.

License #1

Artist Specific - PSP Tube

Tubes that feature the art of professional artists are officially licensed directly from the artist. These tubes can be found in the PSP TUBES - ARTISTS section of our website. These tubes may ONLY be used in the creation of digital content for display online only. They cannot be printed out or used in printed materials. These tubes are for personal use ONLY and may NOT be used in any commercial for-profit purposes. All creations made from Artist Tubes must show the copyright mark and the artist's name. They must also display your FantasyScraps.com license number. This is our default license - tubes with this license can be easily indentified later on by their file name - the file name will start with: FS1.

General - PSP Tube

Tubes found in the PSP TUBES - GENERAL section of our website may be used in both digital and printed content and with limited commercial use. For example you may use the images in this section to make fliers for your business or on a website. They may not be used directly on or as an item for sale themselves. For example Sally can use a heart graphic to decorate the flier for her shop advertising her Valentine's Day Sale - she can also use the graphic on her website advertising her sale but she CANNOT use the graphic to decorate a card and then sell the card. She CAN use the graphic to decorate a card that she gives away however. This license is a great resource for small business owners in need of advertising clip art. Tubes with this license can be easily indentified later on by their file name - the file name will start with: FS2. Should you need a broader commercial license for your venture please contact us.

Extended Personal and Limited Commercial - For Digital Scraps

(papers, scraps, kits, sets etc)

This license does NOT EVER apply to any of the Artist Specific licensed tubes. This license is our standard license for most of our scrapbooking papers, scraps and sets. It allows for personal and limited commercial use of our digital products.

1) Personal Use: Granted for both digital and printed content and is pretty self explanatory. If its for your own personal use either digital or printed and you aren't selling it - redistributing it or making money from it or its use in any way its personal and allowed. If in doubt - email us.

2) Commercial Use: Granted for both digital and printed content on limited basis. With this license you can make fliers for your business or use these images (in low resolution) on your website. They may not be used directly on or as an item for sale themselves. For example Sally can use a heart graphic to decorate the flier for her shop advertising her Valentine's Day Sale - she can also use the graphic on her website advertising her sale but she CANNOT use the graphic to decorate a card and then sell the card. She CAN use the graphic to decorate a card that she gives away however. This license is a great resource for small business owners in need of advertising clip art.

Broad Commercial

Broad commercial licenses are available on a case by case basis and generally involve a one time fee. Please contact us regarding your request and we will work with you, your needs and most importantly - your budget!
